The element took a long while to arrive as had to come from the manufacturer, but updates where regular so I knew what was going on all the time. The element was not the cheapest compared to others, but when you need it you have to pay so no problem. The Element arrived well packaged and was simple enough to fit, though this one requires taking the back panel off your oven, but once fitted all works well and my customer was happy. Job done!
